Potato Chip Cookies

Milk, Egg, Peanut, Nut and Soy Free

1 cup milk free, soy free margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup crushed potato chips

Roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees on ungreased sheet until golden. (About 8-10 minutes)

This is a very simple recipe, but as a salty snack lover, they are great!

Please remember to double check all ingredients for your food allergens. Enjoy!

  1. This recipe sounds yummy! Can you give us a rough idea how long you think the cookies need to bake before they turn golden brown? Thanks!

  2. I haven't made these cookies in a while, and it was unfortunately not written on the recipe card. However, I think it was about 8-10 minutes.

  3. Hi Allison! Great job on your blog! Heard about your blog through a food allergy support group. I am going to pass your site on to my daughter who is also 14. She has a peanut allergy and will enjoy reading your posts. When you listed all your allergies, my heart felt heavy thinking about how tough that is to manage. But your positive attitude and energy to get out there and communicate your experiences with others is fantastic! Keep up the good work!
